It is operated by Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC, which is an independent Toyota vehicle distributor covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The financing itself is funded and administered in partnership with World Omni Financial Corp.

Southeast Toyota Finance is distinct from Toyota Financial Services, which is Toyota Motor Credit Corporation's national captive lending program. Southeast Toyota Finance serves only the five-state Southeast Toyota Distributors territory, and its products may differ from what Toyota Financial Services offers in other parts of the country.

Buyers at Toyota dealerships in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina may be offered financing through Southeast Toyota Finance rather than the national Toyota Financial Services program. The products include retail installment loans and lease financing for new Toyota vehicles and, in some cases, certified pre-owned models.

As with other captive lender programs, manufacturer promotional financing offers are available periodically on specific new models, typically for buyers with strong credit histories. These promotional rates apply only during their advertised windows and on qualifying vehicles.
