Ask Fin is free
Ask Fin does not charge for access. No payment details are required at any point. There is no subscription fee, no billing date, and no recurring charge.
Ask Fin is currently free for all registered users. All 14 tools are included at no cost. No payment card details are required to create an account or use any feature of the platform.
You can close your account at any time from Settings:
Settings → Data → Cancel account
Account closure removes your access to Ask Fin tools and deactivates your account. As Ask Fin is free, no billing or future charges are involved.
If you have difficulty closing your account, contact us at help@fintriv.io and we will close it for you.
You can delete your saved tool data at any time from Settings → Data → Delete saved tool data. This clears your budgets, results, scan history, money saved entries and mindset check-ins without closing your account.

Account closure
Closing your account removes your access to Ask Fin. Your data may be retained for a short period in accordance with our Privacy Policy before being deleted. No future charges apply.
Full data deletion
You can request deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time under applicable data protection law. See our Data Rights page for how to make this request and the timelines that apply.
If Ask Fin introduces paid features or a subscription price in the future, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any charge is applied to your account. You will always have the option to close your account before any new charge takes effect.
