1. About Ask Fin

Ask Fin is a personal finance guidance and educational tool operated by Leadtree Global LLP (EIN 37-2047141), a limited liability partnership registered in Wyoming, United States.

Leadtree Global LLP is not subject to routine CFPB supervisory examination. Ask Fin is not a financial adviser, lender, credit broker, debt adviser, investment firm, insurance intermediary, or mortgage broker. It is a general information and educational subscription service.

2. General guidance only — not advice

All content, tool outputs, AI responses, blog posts, guides, and suggestions provided by Ask Fin are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Regulated financial advice
• Regulated debt advice or debt counselling
• Benefits eligibility decisions
• Tax advice or professional tax opinion
• Investment advice or personal recommendations
• Pension, mortgage, or insurance advice
• Legal advice

You should always make financial decisions based on your own circumstances and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified professional. Nothing in this service guarantees any financial outcome, saving, benefit entitlement, tax relief, income, or eligibility.

For serious debt concerns, we suggest speaking with a free qualified debt advice organisation such as NFCC, CFPB, or 211.org.

3. Account and access

Price: Ask Fin is free. Pricing is in US dollars. There is no annual option unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Cost: Ask Fin is currently free. No payment details are required and no charges will be applied to your account.

Before you subscribe: We encourage you to review these terms before subscribing. Subscriptions begin immediately upon payment. If you have questions about your subscription, contact help@fintriv.io before purchasing.

Account closure: You can close your account at any time from Settings → Data → Cancel account. retain access until the period ends. You do not need to contact us to cancel — self-service cancellation is available at all times.

Refunds: As Ask Fin is free, no charges are made and no refunds are applicable. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access until the end of that period but will not receive a refund for unused time. If a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge, contact help@fintriv.io within 30 days.

Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. You may cancel before the new price applies if you do not accept it.

4. Your account and accurate information

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Not sharing your login details with others
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account and when using the tools
• Keeping your account information up to date

The accuracy of Ask Fin's outputs depends on the accuracy of the information you enter. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information will produce unreliable results. We are not responsible for outputs based on incorrect information provided by you.

5. AI-generated content

The Ask Fin AI companion uses artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic) to generate responses to your questions. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
• AI responses are not regulated advice, personal recommendations, or professional opinions
• Your messages are processed by Anthropic to generate responses (see our Privacy Policy for details)
• You should verify important information before acting on it

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ask Fin to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Misuse the AI features in a way that could harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or regulation

7. Third-party providers and links

Ask Fin may link to or reference third-party services, platforms, websites, and providers. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, availability, or terms of any third-party service
• Cashback failing to track, be awarded, or be paid by a cashback provider
• Vouchers being expired, restricted, or unavailable
• Any decision made by a third-party provider

We may participate in affiliate programs. If you click certain links and proceed with a transaction, we may receive a commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

Ask Fin tools provide estimates, suggestions, and general guidance based on information you enter. We make no guarantee of any saving, cashback, benefit entitlement, tax relief, income, sale proceeds, or other financial outcome. Results depend on individual circumstances, third-party provider criteria, applicable law, and factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ask Fin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information or suggestions from the service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content, tools, design, software, and materials on the Ask Fin platform are the property of Leadtree Global LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written consent.

Financial data and tool inputs you provide remain your own. We do not claim ownership of information you enter.

11. Data and privacy

Your use of Ask Fin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully, particularly the section on AI data processing by Anthropic.

12. Changes to the service and terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Ask Fin at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the service after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at help@fintriv.io or see our Complaints Policy. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide greater protection, in which case those laws apply to the extent of that conflict.
